SurveyNotes is a field surveying tool for recording differential leveling data. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information.
All data you enter in SurveyNotes — including benchmark elevations, rod readings, field notes, and session records — is stored locally on your device only. No data is ever sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.
Session data is saved in your device's local app storage and remains there until you delete it within the app or uninstall the app entirely.
When you choose to export a session as a PDF or share it via email or another app, that export is initiated solely by you. SurveyNotes does not automatically transmit any data. The content of any exported file contains only the field notes you recorded.
SurveyNotes does not use any analytics services, advertising frameworks, or crash reporting tools. We do not track how you use the app, and we do not collect device identifiers, usage statistics, or diagnostic data.
SurveyNotes does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
SurveyNotes does not request or access your device's location services at any time.
SurveyNotes does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
SurveyNotes does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs.
If this Privacy Policy is updated in the future, the revised policy will be made available at the same URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
